Sujan called me this morning and informed me that a commercial space is available in Khagrachari Bazar for immediate hire. The details of the space is as follows:

Location: About 100 yard north of Liyakat and Alam Brothers shop, on the same road, on level-2. It has an exterior iron stair from outside to go to the shop (no internal stair). 

Size: About 2/3 (two third) the size of our current Bata space.

Rent amount: Tk 12,000/ month

Security Deposit: 12 Lac taka

Availability: At any time 

Owner: Journalist Jahirul Islam

Please talk to Sujan to get more information about the shop if you/ we are interested.

Sorry, there was a mistake in my previous mail. 

The Security Deposit Amount is Tk 7 Lac (not 12 Lac).
