Dear all,

This is to inform you that I have talked to Mizan Bhai couple of minutes ago. He told me that he will be in Office on Friday. It is his last working day in Bata Chittagong Depot.

Below points should be considered:

-As Friday is his last working day, he might not have enough time to discuss. So, we should be in his office within first working hour.

- We have to ask Sujan to make preparation to come to Chittagong on Thursday with required documents such as original invoices issued from Bata, their delivery challan, our payment records etc.

Dear Directors,

This is to inform you that I have phoned Mr. Omar Faisol Chowduri couple of times but he could not receive the phone calls. Perhaps he was busy with his works. Then I called Mr. Tarek, Area Sales Manager, Chittagong. We have talked couple of times regarding our recent issues with Bata. Mr. Tarek has confirmed the following:

1. Our Dhaka order has been cancelled due to most of articles are not available in their stock right now as per  Mr. Tarek's feedback. He will notify Mr. Omar accordingly.

2. Mr. Tarek confirmed to give us full support from Chittagong Depot and he will advise Mr. Monir, Chittagong Depot Manager accordingly.

I have told our Bata Manager- Sujan to communicate with concerned persons in Chittagong Bata Depot. He will arrange goods from that depot.

Kanchan in reading... please manage the required fund to purchase goods from Bata as they will not continue credit sales with their dealers.

Our staff - Mr. Satrong notified  that he could not continue with his duty as he got a job.

Dear Subrata da,

Thank you for the update and communicating with Bata officials in Dhaka and Chittagong. I guess it is very difficult to place orders in Dhaka due to internal Bata system. Anyway, we tried from our end, and may be we can try agsin in future.

Sujan called me today and said that he received 3 shipments from Chittagong recently goods woth of tk 170, 460(this is after clearing all previous due amount). He wants to make a DD of about tk 120, 000 tomorrow by taking loan of about tk 60, 000 from Joom Super Shop. He will adjust this loan as soon as possible.

He also said to send some more signed cheque leaves if anyone is going to Khagrachari soon. Please let us know if anyone is planning to Khagra in coming days.
Please let me know if anyone has any comment or suggestion.
