Dear all valued members!

It has been quite long since we have had any face to face or online discussion about the company status. We have also not opened the the DPS accounts yet after closing the previous DPS account. 

Can we plan for at least one monthly face to face or online meeting from now? 

Last week I visited IDB Bhaban and found one cheap sales/ inventory software available in the market called 'Easy E Billing'. The cost is just about Tk 2,500 for one user which needs to be renewed every year by paying again the same amount. We can access this software and real time status of the sales and inventory from anywhere online. Please have a look at the attached scanned flyer and you can visit their website or FB page for details.

Thank you Shubhashis bhai and Sugata bhai for your prompt response and comments. Sugata bhai it would be really nice to have you among us in the online meeting after a long time. The modern technology has made it possible to remain in close contact even though far away physically. If the time difference allows you and others, can I propose to have the online meeting either of the following:

Friday the 11th May at 9 pm Dhaka time (8 am Washington DC time) or any suitable time
Saturday the 12th May at 9 pm Dhaka time (8 am Washington DC time)  or any suitable time
Sunday the 13th May at 8 pm Dhaka time (7 am Washington DC time)  or any suitable time

I request every team member ti kindly indicate their preferred time slot for the Skype meeting.

Kanchan bhai, I am available on Saturday May 12. I need drop off my son at school on May 11 and the other day May 13, I will fly to Dallas. So my suitable time slot is on May 12. Thanks again, Sugata

With reference to telephone conversation with our Chairman Mr. Banga Ratna Chakma today, I have decided to resign from the post of MD of Joom International Ltd from today. I am extremely sorry for this decision.
