dear folks i have to develop a gui based application that will send
sms upon selection of a perticular listitem , user will select the
list item and a new list will apeare this may go on upto say n(few)
level ands when he finaly reaches the desired list item , he will
select it and a sms will be generated , iahve trusted upon tis group ,
just kindly help me

short code indicating list within list will help me

Are you developing a JavaME application or a desktop app? If you're making an ME application then you can just use the netbeans "visual mobile designer" for creating your GUI screens. go through the mobility learning trail to find some tutorials on that topic:
