Six of us went down jig from Loop Road to Gintner Road. Was a great day and a pretty nice run. However, there are about four trees down. We went over one, were able to go to left of one and had to get out and portage around other two. One was before Social Island road and it was a very big tree that would take big chain saw to clear. Other one was two big trees. if one was cut, we could go under the other one. Anyone who wishes to tackle these trees, let me know and I can maybe get some help. However, the one is a very big tree and will present some problems.

Other than that, we had one dump and had to get her out along a bank and rescue her kayak which quickly filled up and had to be moved to side of stream to unload water. Will not mention who that was!!!!

Water was a little low as well and if we do not get any heavy rain, afraid this run will quickly close down to good kayaking.

Have a great week ahead. We may try to get run in Thursday evening. Anyone who might want to do this, I'd suggest Sycamore Grove Bridge to Tanny's house
