DE, a cgi server

Hello All,

I made a basic cgi server that hooks up to Clisp, and serves  Maths questions generated by a Lisp file. It also has simple Maths expression interpreter.

I have tested it with a couple of inputs, and all tests passed. But I would like to invite you to try it out. If you have windows 10, just enable bash/ubuntu and fire up git to clone or just download.

I would also want to see pull requests from you. I intend to add features that would enable it solve some simple shapes/geometry  questions, like area and perimeter. I also intend to make it serve multiple clients. I would like to improve its routing.
