Lots of problems with install on Oracle XE 10g 10.2

Hi

I created a issue ( http://code.google.com/p/jiffy-web/issues/detail?id=13
) and then I discovered this group.

Like I describe in the issue, I can't install jiffy-web on Oracle XE
(fresh install).

The main problem is creation of trigger and later, I got this error :

ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace
JIFFY_DATA

Have you some hints for me to complete the install ?
