Technical Paper Presentation: RULES & REGULATIONS 1) The copy of the paper / abstract is to be submitted by 15th Sep. 2010, 5 pm. 2) Guidelines for Paper / Abstract • Typed in MS-Word. • Font Size=12 and Line Spacing=1.5
3) Guidelines for the Final Presentation • Participants must bring 5 copies of the paper for judgment purpose and Power Point presentation of 5 to 7 mins + 2 mins (Judges Questionare) • The institute will provide LCD projector and a Computer system.
4) The winners will be awarded with certificates and cash prizes. 5) The decision of the judge will be final and binding.

C/C++ PROGRAMMING : RULES & REGULATIONS 1)A team of maximum 2 participants will be allowed. 2)There will be two rounds: Prelims · There will 30-35 multiple choice questions to be completed within the time span of 20 mins. · This round will be an elimination round. · There will be negative marking. Final · The top 8 teams qualifying in the Prelims will compete in the final round. · The teams will be given 5-10 questions to be completed in 2 -3 hrs. 3) The winners will be awarded with certificates and cash prizes. 4) The decision of the judge will be final and binding. |

LAN Gaming RULES & REGULATIONS 1) There are individual as well group games. 2) The maximum of 5 members per team (for the group game). 3) There will be registration fees of Rs.15 for the single player game and Rs.75 for the team games. 4) External hardware is strictly prohibited. 5) Any tampering of the Hardware /Software/Game Coding will lead to disqualification of the team. 6) Rules for the particular games will be announced on the spot. 7) Use of foul language/action will lead to disqualification of the team. 8) The winners will be awarded with certificates and cash prizes. 9) The decision of the judge will be final and binding. |

ANTAKSHRI RULES & REGULATIONS 1) A team of exactly 2 participants will be allowed. 2) There will be two rounds: Prelims · It will be an elimination round consisting of questions from Bollywood movies and advertising industry Final · The rules for the final round will be announced on the spot. 3) The winners will be awarded with certificates and cash prizes. 4) The decision of the judge will be final and binding.
RANGOLI RULES & REGULATIONS 1) A team of maximum 4 participants will be allowed. 2) Participants are required to bring their own material i.e. colors, flowers etc. 3) The participants should not spoil the space provided to them; this would lead to disqualification of the team. 4) The winners will be awarded with certificates and cash prizes. 5) The decision of the judge will be final and binding. |
