How can I compute collective TE from two ore more sources to one target?

Hi Giuiio,

I've not incorporated this into the AutoAnalyser yet, so it's not as straightforward as the standard cases.

There is demo code available though, e.g. for the KSG estimator for TE with 2-dimensional variables in Matlab as Matlab demo 9.
