Dear Colleagues,

Preparations for Montenegro2026 - Enlargement Conference have officially started, attracting strong interest at both EU and national levels.
To date, more than 50,000 information requests have been recorded, with approximately 1% representing senior decision-makers, project leaders, and institutions positioned to lead large-scale EU initiatives.

In response, we have designed two targeted executive trainings for participants from Montenegro who aim to participate in or lead major EU-funded projects, and who wish to position themselves strategically ahead of the Montenegro2026 Conference cycle.

Executive Trainings - Podgorica (Crowne Plaza)

06 February 2026 - Horizon Europe – Strategic Calls & Project Leadership
Focused on the most attractive and realistic Horizon Europe calls for Montenegro, consortium leadership, positioning, and proposal strategy.

13 February 2026 - EIC & EU Investment Instruments
Covering EIC Accelerator, EIC Pathfinder, blended finance, and EU-level investment mechanisms relevant for scale-up and innovation-driven growth.

Both trainings are designed to:

Prepare participants to lead or co-lead large EU projects
Align national initiatives with EU strategic priorities
Accelerate Montenegro's integration-ready project pipeline
Ensure coherence between training outcomes, the Podgorica Conference,
and subsequent high-level mobilisation in Brussels
