In preparation for your participation in the March event, we kindly ask you to provide the billing details required for issuing the invoice, namely:
- company name
- full address
- tax identification number
Please note that the fee for logistics and visits to the tourist attractions included in the program on March 4 is 100 EUR.
Also, the EFAAS Annual Meeting will take place on 5th March 2026, at 18:00 (Romania time) in Brașov, after Benchmarking Visit to Stabilus Romania (I am attaching the latest version of the agenda).
For accommodation, we recommend QOSMO Hotels (https://qosmohotels.com/ro/), the venue where the events on March 5–6 will also take place. The rates are:
- 112 EUR for a single room
- 132 EUR for a double room
We will follow up with information regarding the reservation and payment procedure for the accommodation.
