2026年6月6日(土)【人材の集まる企業(29-1)】では、人口34,000人の広島県府中市に本拠を置くタテイシ広美社が、手書きの看板業からデジタル技術を取り入れ、電子看板等の開発・製作へと進出し、有名企業や小売チェーン等を顧客として、全国に事業を展開していく経緯を辿ります。

On Saturday, June 6, 2026, in the series of  "A Company that Attracts Talents (29-1)," ICOSA traces the journey of Tateishi Kobisha Co., Ltd., headquartered in Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which has a population of 34,000. The company has expanded from hand-painted sign making to incorporating digital technology, developing and manufacturing electronic signs and other products, and has grown to serve well-known companies and retail chains, expanding its business nationwide.

 

2026年6月27日(土)【人材の集まる企業(29-2)】では、2006年度に19人だった従業員が20年後の現在140人、その半分は女性、平均年齢33歳、経歴も多彩と、文字通り「人材の集まる会社」になったタテイシ広美社の、経営の秘密を探ります。

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the program "A Compan that Attracts Talents (29-2)," ICOSA will explore the management secrets of Tateishi Kobisha Co., Ltd., which has grown from 19 employees in 2006 to 140 employees 20 years later, half of whom are women, with an average age of 33 and diverse backgrounds.

 

2026年7月18日(土)【人材の集まる企業(29-3)】では、立石会長が府中明郷学園学校運営協議会会長、府中市コミュニティスクール連絡協議会会長、社会福祉法人静和会理事など、企業経営者以外に様々な顔をもち、地域の人づくりに深くかかわっているその理由と背景を伺います。

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, in the probram "A Company that AttractsTalents (29-3)," ICOSA will hear from Chairman Tateishi about the reasons and background behind his deep involvement in community development, as he holds various roles in addition to being a business executive, including Chairman of the Fuchu Meigo Gakuen School Management Council, Chairman of the Fuchu City Community School Liaison Council, and Director of the Seiwakai Social Welfare Corporation.
