This seminar is the second part of the third installment of the "SME Owners Learning from Each Other at the Doyukai" series, which ICOSA started last year. This time, the topic is (2) Community Development with the initiative of local SME Owners.

On Saturday, June 27, 2026, in the program "A Company that Attracts Talents (29-2)," we will explore the Management of the company that has grown from 19 employees in 2006 to 140 employees 20 years later, half of whom are women, with an average age of 33 and diverse backgrounds—truly a company that attracts talent.

 

On July 18, 2026, in the segment "A Company that Attracts Talents (29-3)," we will explore the reasons why Chairman Tateishi, in addition to his role as a business executive, holds various positions such as Chairman of the Fuchu Meigo Gakuen School Management Council, Chairman of the Fuchu City Community School Liaison Council, and Director of the Seiwakai Social Welfare Corporation, and is deeply involved in human resource development in the community.
