DON JÍBARO'S

Dear Jíbaros, et
al...
Writing to you is better than to go to that
psychiatrist... whatsisname? ...Dr. Sinister? ...and less expensive,
of course! Since, according to him, it's all about releasing the
negative karma, y'know, that which causes the entire cycle of cause
and effect. I hope, therefore, that you'll be motivated into some
creative and positive reinforcement. Nothing to do with religion. No
more or less... it's just a nice name for your whole existence. Say
it... slowly... K-A-R-M-A. There you go!
I'm still breathing
out of a paper bag, if you know what I mean; mustering some
electromagnetic karma to share with you, mi gente... the ones I
love.
I've gotten some good email encouraging me to join
FACEBOOK, the 21st century schizoid phenomenon. I did. Nevertheless,
it requires a learning curve; and at 60, that's about as much curve
as I can handle. If you know of a tutorial for Facebook, let me
know. Hence, my apologies to the tweeters, h5s, myspaces, tagged,
and aaaaaall, etcétera... the other ones I keep getting invitations
for.
Somebody
complained about my writing in English being that I'm Puerto Rican.
Simply said, the islanders have something we don't have... BEAUTIFUL
BEACHES of blue waters and white sand. In the U.S. we have black
water and dark mud... ecohomisuicidal travesty caused by our own
hands. Thus, this is aimed at the citizens of said travesty. Brotha'
(sic) we need help!

The Incredible Rescue of "Sato" (Mutts) Dogs from Puerto
Rico Paraphrase by Don
Jibaro
 "When I
saw this pooch I began to weep silently, after a few seconds I
couldn't help myself... I cried like boy who had lost his dog."
—Don Jíbaro
he stray dogs of Puerto Rico, called “satos,”
(mongrels, mutts, strays) and they have experienced the very worst
in people. Satos know firsthand the cruel result of an uncaring
public, having survived corporate attempts to poison them,
government-ordered campaigns to destroy them, and torture by young
people with too much time on their hands. They have been thrown from
bridges and dumped at “Dead Dog Beach” to die from disease and
starvation. ►Read More http://jibaros.com/satos.htm
