Jib cannot find docker-credential-osxkeychain

Trying to pull eclipse-temurin:21-jre, which requires auth. I can pull the image using Docker manually, and I can run docker-credential-osxkeychain from the command line, but somehow Jib cannot see the soft link in /usr/local/bin. Instead, I see:

The system does not have docker-credential-osxkeychain CLI
Caused by: Cannot run program "docker-credential-osxkeychain": error=2, No such file or directory
