School in Senegal

Assalam Alaikum Everybody!

Qais Feroz and Rafee Al-Mansur (both class of 2013) have partnered with BuildOn to build a school in Senegal.   BuildOn has been building schools in many countries for the last 20 years, and attached you can find a third-party assessment of their projects in Mali and Malawi.  Rafee and Qais have been working for about a year, and are aiming to raise $30,000 to sponsor a building in Senegal in December 2017.  Donations will go towards both building materials and logistics for the school.  If you're interested, please donate at their BuildOn page:

They're also looking for people who would like to join us on the trip to meet the community and help build the school, please contact either (cc-ed on this email) of them if this type of sadaqah has been on your to do list.
