JHU Alumni Weekend Events (4/11-4/13)

Assalam Alaikum JHUMA Alumni!

Just reminding you of two events we have coming up at JHU this weekend.  If you still haven't registered for alumni weekend, you can still do so at https://jhweb.dev.jhu.edu/eforms/form.do?formId=22634.

 

1)  We would like to gather as many JHUMA Alumni as possible for lunch at noon on Saturday, April 12 at Niwana Restaurant (3 E 33rd St across the street from Matin Center). 

InshAllah this will be a great opportunity to get together and catch up as well as to discuss future initiatives to be undertaken by JHUMA Alumni to benefit the alumni community as well as the current JHUMA undergraduates. We hope that you plan to be there for JHU Alumni Weekend 2014 and that you will join us on this exciting new venture into endless possibilities for the JHUMA Alumni as an organization.

2)  On Sunday April 14, 2014 from 1 pm to 4 pm at the IFC, the JHUMA Alumni Association will be hosting a career planning and networking event with current JHUMA students.

We plan to have alumni representatives from as many different career paths as we can get.  The more alumni we have to share their experiences (especially those of you who already have a few years of experience in your field), the more beneficial and successful this event can be.

If you're interested in attending this event, just email heba.m...@gmail.com with your field and if you're interested in speaking on the panel or just joining the smaller discussions/networking portion.
