Responsibilities will include:
Data analysis / modelling for the implementation of web based applications and the evolution of existing ones, involvement in defining functional specifications and assessing / testing system implementations against the requirements, technical and progress report writing and business development activities. Successful candidates should utilise state of the art software standards and UML methodologies and also demonstrate particular abilities and communication skills, in delivering presentations, systems demonstrations and functional trainings for end-users, always ensuring the highest possible quality in any deliverable and the smooth execution of all project activities.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in IT, or equivalent;
- Experience in conducting user requirement analysis assignments;
- Experience in software testing processes & procedures;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of MS-Office tools;
- Literacy with Internet applications;
- Ability to integrate into a corporate structure and assist a team of software engineers in the producing their work;
- Team spirit, initiative, can do attitude;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as user support officer or helpdesk operator, for Software Applications;
- Excellent knowledge of French.

I have an urgent requirement for 7x German/English speaking Java JSF Developers for my major client in Munich, Germany.
The long term project will involve configuration of the sales platform which is extensively used within their sales floor. The position primarily involves Front end software development but other project activities such as planning, requirements work, testing and integration will be expected.

Τα δύο σημαντικά σημεία που χρειάζονται προσοχή για τις δύο πρώτες παραγράφους, είναι να δίνεις στον αναγνώστη να καταλάβει με μία ματιά ποιός είσαι (πρώτη παράγραφος) και τι θες (δεύτερη παράγραφος). Επίσης αν δείτε το δικό μου, αυτές οι δύο παράγραφοι ουσιαστικά συνοψίζουν και ταυτίζονται με ό,τι περιγράφεται αναλυτικά πιό κάτω (σε σπουδές, εμπειρία), έτσι ώστε να φαίνεται και ότι αυτό που ψάχνεις είναι φυσική συνέχεια της μέχρι τώρα πορείας σου.
Επίσης εργασιακή εμπειρία, πιο αναλυτικά τα πιό πρόσφατα και πιό σχετικά με την υποψήφια θέση, πιο μαζεμένα τα παλιότερα
Αν ψάχνετε για Αγγλία, και η αγορά είναι μεγάλη, και οι hr είναι πιό συνεργάσιμοι. Σε Ολλανδία πχ, θα σου γράψουν αν σε χρειαστούν, θα σε γράψουν αν όχι (δεν θα λάβεις καν απάντηση ότι δεν μας κάνεις γιαυτό). Συνάντησα βέβαια κάποιες λαμπρές εξαιρέσεις.
Από πλευράς κουλτούρας, συνήθως είναι πιο ζωντανοί έξω (περισσότερη έμφαση στον τρόπου που δουλεύεις, εργαλεία - π.χ. continous integration, TDD, Peer Programming etc) και θα διαπιστώσουν τις συνήθειές σου εύκολα (με ένα τεστάκι συνήθως).
Καλή παρέα σε όλη την πορεία μου ήταν το jee interview companion book, που είχε αρκετό υλικό, ειδικά για φρεσκάρισμα σε ό,τι δεν χρησιμοποιείς συχνά.
Σημαντικές κινήσεις κατά την άποψή μου:
- Linked In 100% completed profile, job seeker account, paying attention on profile view statistics. Έκανα εφορμήσεις σε αποστολές CV κ έβλεπα response και από linked in statistics, γιατί δεν έρχονται σε επαφή μαζί σου όλοι όσοι αρχικά τους φάνηκε ενδιαφέρον το προφιλ σου, οπότε έχει κ αυτό τη σημασία του.
- Αγγλικό νούμερο κινητού αν ψάχνετε για δουλειά εδώ, και δυνατότητα να ανέβετε άμεσα (π.χ. σε μία βδομάδα, συνήθως βολεύει Δευτέρα για να έρθεις σκ)
- Προσπαθείτε να κλείνετε περισσότερες από μία συνεντεύξεις για να αξίζουν τον κόπο κ τα έξοδα ταξιδίου, μίας κ πολλοί δεν σας τα καλύπτουν

High Velocity Team
The team is designed to be responsive to the account management team, the IT operations team, the sales team and back office teams in terms of any change to our existing applications.
They are mostly java tomcat applications running on Linux, and data is stored in SQL server databases. It is a large scale operation, we have hundreds of JVM instances in our production environment. The absolute key application we look after is our Hotels API, this allows searching and booking from a huge database of hotels. • Experience in other server side technologies (PHP, .NET)
• Experience with Apache web server or basic Unix administration skills.
