Dear Ms. Jinsha Mary Sebastian,
With reference to our recent telephonic discussion, you have been provisionally shortlisted for the STE on Public Health. Please note that this engagement is purely voluntary and does not carry any monetary benefits.
You will be working on the research project “Comparative Impact Analytics: Impact Analytics of National and State Public Health Campaigns”, which will be interdisciplinary in nature, combining Data Science and Public Health. The internship will have a tenure
of one month and will be conducted remotely.
This research project will focus on evaluating the comparative impact of national and state-level public health campaigns. Data from campaign records, health indicators, and surveys will be collected and analyzed using statistical and computational techniques
to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in outcomes and behavioral impact. Insights regarding the effectiveness of different campaigns will be generated, and the findings will be presented in a structured analytical report with visualizations and summary
metrics. The report will provide evidence-based guidance to help policymakers, health administrators, and researchers optimize future campaign strategies and resource allocation. Additionally, the project may serve as a foundational component for further research
or studies in later phases, advancing the broader understanding of public health campaign effectiveness.
This is important because it will provide a structured, data-driven assessment of public health campaigns, highlighting which initiatives will achieve measurable impact and where improvements will be needed. The project will generate actionable insights that
will inform policy decisions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns. It will also lay the foundation for subsequent studies, contributing to broader research in evidence-based public health strategies.
Please confirm your participation by Saturday, 18 October 2025, 12:00 PM IST. Following your confirmation, a selection discussion via audio-video with the Additional Director & Mission Director (Joint Health Mission) will be arranged, and the schedule will
be shared accordingly.
I hope this email finds you well.
