JHISPA CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS RATIFICATION POLL

As of the JHISPA Execom meeting last 07DEC05, Pres. Amelou B. Reyes has
approved our constitution (with minor revisions) for ratification.
While Art. VIII, Section 3 calls for a General Assembly to ratify the
JHISPA constitution, it is also our objective to be able to reach more
parents. Thus, we have resolved to use online voting for this purpose.

We shall email the questionnaire and vote form to parents and write to
those without email access to inform them of this poll. We have
published the full text of our constitution on the web
(www.jhispaconstitution.zoomshare.com) for your review and comments.
Copies of the JHISPA Constitution and bylaws shall likewise be
available for scrutiny at the Guidance Office.
We are obviously trying all means possible to be able to inform and get
more parents involved.
Expect the questionnaire/vote forms in your mailbox by nest week.
