VOTE: Release JHipster 9.0.0

Hello team,

I propose we release JHipster 9.0.0 based on the code that is currently in the main branch, along with any subsequent updates before the release starts. 

Please vote in the next few hours to approve this release. I was just going to do an rc.0, but Marcelo said he’s in favor of v9 final, so I’m trying to expedite the vote. I have time to do the release tonight (in 7-8 hours), but I could also do it tomorrow (Wednesday) night.

We need three +1 votes to proceed with the release. Any -1 votes will cancel the release.

A lot has been achieved in the past months since the last release and better get it out sooner and get some further user feedback. I guess, a lot users are just waiting for a new, non-rc release.
