Fork of JHipster Lite

Hello the team,

Following the recent discussion about JHipster, I think generator-jhipster deserves a chance to motivate new contributors.

As it looks hard to promote 2 different products in the same organization, as suggested, I think a split is the best solution for everyone.

So this morning, JHipster Lite was forked into a new organization. In fact, I made a mistake, I moved it, then push it back to JHipster orga.

Did it for the 4 projects.

What does it mean?

- as JHipster Lite will continue to be developped in another orga, I will stop assign bounties to Lite

- so all the bounties will be for generator-jhipster and other sub projects, related to classic

- I'll remove the small section about JHipster Lite in the official doc too

- as you probably dont plan to maintain the JHipster Lite project, I will archive it (plz comment if you dont want)

Hi everyone,

Obviously I discussed this with Pascal and we both agreed on the move and on a new organization.

We’ll need to see who wants to continue working in the "classic" organization, and who wants to go to the new one. It should be easy as there is little overlap between projects, and we all have plenty of time to decide.
