Thank you to everyone who has responded to my earlier message. Sorry for the change, but we will need to get all the stories as soon as possible TODAY. I can also share with you all that the interview will be with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

We are especially looking for more people who are enrolled in studies at an American university, but who returned to Iran and has been unable to come back to resume their studies because of the single entry visa policy. (And thus are still in Iran.)

We are also interested to hear from students from American universities that have very compelling reasons for wanting to temporarily return to Iran, but who are afraid to do so because they are concerned about getting another visa to resume their studies.

Please include your phone number with your email. You are also strongly encouraged to submit a video with a question directed to Secretary Clinton, but that can be sent in a follow up email. Again, we need submissions as soon as possible. Your video should be no more than 30 seconds long, but it should explain how the single entry visa policy has personally affected you. Your question must be in Persian. If it is used, your question will be translated for Clinton. You may include the video by posting it on Youtube, but make sure to set the video setting to Private so that it cannot be publicly viewed. Otherwise, the television channel may not be able to use your question.

    - David

Salam Amir jan,

I think the international office is a better source of info to give us the number of people who never come back and on what is the average time for re-entry visa process which I believe is as important.

Thanks for your effort and valuable time,
Reza

they are not allowed to disclose their names and addresses and i do not think they keep track of the duration of the clearance process + I think we know almost all of the iranians at JHU. + MEVISA did a survey on the average time for visa re-entry, so we have some good stats for that.
right now we are looking for good "personal stories" for ppl to share.
best
-Amir
