The attached FAQs on DaanUtsav is something that I've found very useful in the past... it specially helps answer questions like "why only a week", "why shd I participate if I am doing something else in the rest of the year", etc...
Do keep and feel free to use. Again, this will be available on the Resources section of the website too...
