@throws syntax

Hey Denis, @throws appears to be the only tag that doesn't require
brackets ("{...}") around the type. E.g...

@var {type} ...
@function {type} ...
@param {type} ...
...
@throws type ...

Is this intentional? Would it make more sense to have the syntax be
"@throws {type} ..."?

The syntax for @throws was copied from javadoc, so this behavior is by
design

Of course, we can discuss whether it makes sense to detect {} around
exception type and remove them, but that would be add-on to current
behavior, not replacement of it.
Frankly speaking, I would prefer to leave it as is.
