Hey Denis, if you don't mind my saying so, the jgrouse logo looks a
bit klunky. Not that it's any of my business, mind you!

I found myself fiddling around with possible alternatives for jGD and
came up with "jgrouse.svg" (in files section). ANyhow, thought you
might be interested in it.

Looks nice, thanks a lot.

The only thing I would suggest to change is probably the typeface, it
you could find a smoother one. And I also like having "j" in italics,
if possible, although not I don't insist on it.

I think it could be used as a default logo for jGrouseDoc distros and
on GoogleCode/GoogleGroups pages. And I would keep the clunky one for
jGrouse itself, until someone would come up with a recognizable
picture of a hazelgrouse (for personal reasons :-))

Regards,
Denis

'Nuther iteration - jGD.svg.
- Still not a hazelgrouse per se, but added a red eye-flash as a nod
to your existing logo.
- facing the same direction as jGrouse logo
- Using sans-serif type (converted to paths since I suspect you were
seeing a different typeface than the one I was using)
- italic J

Anyhow, enough playing around for now. :-)

Thanks!

Folks, any other suggestions? If none, we can proceed and put it as
the "official logo" for jGrouseDoc

FYI - the "clunky" one comes from here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Gelinotte.jpg
