jgroups-raft 0.5.0.Final

FYI: I just released 0.5.0. The major issues closed were

* A timing issue in a test [1]

* The ability for a single node to become a leader and append but also
commit entries [2]

* I also upgraded JGroups to 4.1.7.Final. I did have to change some
classes implementing Streamable as that interface has changed in
JGroups. If this dependency forces you to an unwanted JGroups version,
go to commit a5d2f1987ca7982904ec54baf629fc4aa53da40f and build the
JGroups JAR yourself.
