GPLv3 + ClassPath exception: good for JGraphT?

I completely forgot about this option—shouldn't this compatible with what JGraphT needs? You can merge binaries without any enforcement of the GPL.

If you mean, "good as a license for a library on which JGraphT depends", the answer is yes.
