I never heard back from Travis, and thanks to the quick work from Szabolcs Besenyei, we now have a solid replacement in Github Actions.

Dimitrios, if it turns out that we need to buy Travis credits for the Mac binary builds, let me know; we still have funds remaining from GSoC.
