Upcoming release

Hi guys,

what are our plans for the next release? Are we planning to go towards 1.3.2 or 1.4?

It seems that we have a number of significant contributions pilled up already, which would justify

going directly to 1.4.

Moreover, we should start planning for the jump to Java 11. I am still a bit reluctant to that transition

as I have worked extensively with GraalVM+JGraphT. Unfortunately we are still waiting for Oracle to

release GraalVM for Java 11.

Yes, I vote for 1.4 also, especially with the upcoming changes to the jgrapht-io module.
