Sparse Graphs Introduction

Hi guys,

I recently wrote a small blob post on medium in order to increase visibility and introduce the usage of sparse graphs in JGraphT.

Nice!  Maybe link it from the user guide somewhere?  We don't currently have a section for jgrapht-opt.
