How to import QIF into JGNASH?

I have QIF file from Quicken 2013..

I am trying to import the QIF into JGNASH 3.3 and not working.

Is there a step by step instruction on how to do it?

My suggestion is to try the jGnash 3.4 release and see if it reports errors now.  The prior release of jGnash was swallowing errors and not showing them.

QIF in general is quite broken and it's more or less been abandoned by Intuit in favor of OFX and QFX which jGnash can handle also.

I'm not certain if Quicken 2013 can export OFX or QFX, but if not, there are some applications around that may be able to covert your QIF to OFX for easier import.
