Sorry! I'd like to have a tutorial for the initial steps of the software.
Can I? Example: Where is the origin point of the coordinate system? 

How can I do insert a point with given coordinates?

Dear Celina,

you can find some information as PDF files here:

They are written by the original authors (S.C. Chou, X.S. Gao and J.Z. Zhang) on the GDD method.

A step-by-step tutorial should be indeed written.

I think you cannot, because the program has a different approach. Each theorem should be true independently of coordinates.

(Internally, there are, of course, coordinates: if you create a point, you can right-click on it and choose Properties, there you can change the coordinates manually.)
