basic GeoGebra import

Dear Colleagues,

some updates:

* The internationalization via gettext-commons has been started.

* I merged Alexander Thaller's code that provides some basic support to import GeoGebra files. I provided two example files in https://github.com/kovzol/Java-Geometry-Expert/tree/master/import and a short description on what types of GeoGebra objects are supported. It would be great if someone could continue implementing the most important GeoGebra commands.

* I will try to release a new version with the GeoGebra import support soon.

PS. I've just learned that Alex's importer covers more commands than expected. Here is a screenshot from the upcoming release.

I will try to create a Mac version too.
