new version (0.82) out

Dear Colleagues,

some good news: JGEX 0.82 is available at https://github.com/kovzol/Java-Geometry-Expert/releases/tag/0.82 -- its main new feature is the full support of the German language.

In case you can provide some help to double check and extend the following languages: Chinese, Farsi, Italian, Portuguese or Serbian, please let us know. Also, your help could be especially useful if you speak a different language of the ones above mentioned.
