LocalDateTimeTextField can't be localized!

When I am using the default LocalDateTimeTextField, it is working fine. I can see the calendar and the time picker.
But if I set any local to it, I loose the time portion. In the field and in the calendar!!

The bug can be see also on your jfxtras-labs-samples-8.0-r2-SNAPSHOT-shadow application.

I need this to be able to have the time in 24h format.

I'm on vacation, but have you tried setting the formatter?
