Hi folks,

JFXtras Labs 0.1 is needing to be released. Currently my understanding
is that it is pending a website refresh.

The intention of this email is to gently plead/nag with those of you
responsible for the website to get it up and running, so that we can get
JFXtras Labs 0.1 released! In my mind this is critical as it is another
vote of confidence in JavaFX, and it helps to plug a hole.

</nag>

Thanks :-)

Well then, what is the sate of the website; can we post articles?

I see a minimalistic landing page, but considering there is the demo thingy (what's it called again), do we need very much aside from an overview of what is available?

Yeah, that would be me slowing things down again.

I am working on a new site that is half way done...  haven't had a chance to finish it off, although that is on my short term todo list.

For a quick fix, we can simply update the GitHub generated site.  It is checked in as static files in a GitHub repo here:
https://github.com/JFXtras/jfxtras.github.com

Cheers,

He he. So, when do you start at Oracle again? I have a hunch what may be #1 on the TODO list.

Doesn't being an evangelist mean support anyone to start using your technology, like, ah (brain storming here), open source projects? So you probably should reserve some Oracle time for a little website ;-)
