jfreesane moved to github

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that I've moved the jfreesane project over
to GitHub. This is mainly due to Google Code shutting down the ability
to provide custom downloads, which we use to distribute the binary
version of jfreesane for those who don't use maven. I think the GitHub
pull request system is also a really good way to review changes that
are going to go into jfreesane.

All the change history, issues and wiki pages have been moved over.

The mailing list will still be hosted by Google Groups and I'll leave
the old jfreesane.googlecode.com site up with a reminder that the
project has moved to GitHub.
