Simplified shapefile do not show

Dear Ilya,
I open a new post on this subject. I have read the other posts and your replies and have done so by simplifying the shapefile. but still the shapefile does not show behind, so what can I do ?

It looks like the shapefile is broken. I tried opening it in QGIS and it didn't work:

please ignore precedent message, the shapefile was not correct, here comes a correc version which still does not show on my jFlowMap

Alain,

Something is wrong with the shapefile, I don't know what. Maybe it uses a different coordinate system.

It works with these shapefiles: http://biogeo.ucdavis.edu/data/diva/adm/FRA_adm.zip
