Koe tohi koia kia Helen Clark mo 'ene kapineti, koe tohi ia koee na'a

as Government in this sense started to treat me as 'a whistleblower.
Ne iku ai ki hono faka'auha he pule'anga 'eku me'a lahi, kau ai mo

Throughout my court case, I NEVER deny the fact that I what I did was

fanga ki'i kautaha Tonga koia 'ikai 'iai ha nau me'a pehe, ka 'oku nau

this respect. The worst of all, those who allowed me to sign on their
behalves when they busy at work and could not come to our office to
sign documents. They managed to hide in their cell when things turning
nasty.
What is pretty disappointed is the fact that the authority did not
consider my request to extent the investigation to other parties were
involved.
These include:-
1. my own employer (Kosikasiaa Services Ltd) as other directors
stepped me at the back
2. employers who approached me asking for my assistance
3. the Labour led Government & the department of labour (particulalry
Pacific Division)
As this case was a battle with the Department of labour. It was a
constant struggle to the end.
1. I wasn't allow to apply for any legal aid at two points of my life
that I was out of employment. In this regard, I felt I didn't access
to a better legal counsel and didn't has a fair trial.
2. My case was seiged from the media since 2006 until my current
lawyer allowing them to. It was a close door case, public was not
welcome.
3. Fisiipeau Ltd was liquidated by Government to affect public
interest and to have adversity in time of my appeal.
4. Deportation Tribunal & High Court did not accept the fact that this
case has major connection with the corruption inside the Pacific
Division.
5. Pacific Division inquiry requested by the Attorney General is still
sealed to this very day
6. This inquiry causing the ban of all Tongan Immigration Consultants
in receiving any license to practice.
7. Tribunal decisions include 'it doesn't contrary to public to allow
me to stay in New Zealand, but it's not contrary to the public to
deport me to Tonga" Its kind of a weird decision to be honest.
8. Proceeding of this case to High Court was only my lawyer, lawyer
for the department of labour, and the judge. I wasn’t welcome,
although I paid $3000+ in order for the court to proceed with this
matter
Christopher Harder and Melanie Coxon (my legal counsel) in the past
assured me that this case revealt government corruption and negligent.
What they consult me at the time, 'the authority would want me out
from the country' permanently to avoid further digging by media into
this case".
I had loss more than $100,000 from my own pocket in fighting this
case. My family also in the mix to be deported as well. They hate to
see me just a 'whistleblower' still hanging around any longer. They
came out with a bait that what I had done result in revoking other’s
people residency, is a major decoy. More than 80% have their residency
in using JOS offer as accepted by INZ.
