This is why am heading back home not only to avoid further $ demands
from lawyer's fat wallet but I do admit that part of my obligation
towards my immediate family back home come first at this time around.
Don't know whether further proceeding guarantee success but it's
obvious, another couple of twenty thousands per annum will be sucked
by the channel to office of ombudsman as he suggested.

I have received and reviewed the Minister's file in respect of our
request to cancel the Deportation Order.
In my view it is possible to contest this decision to the Office of
the Ombudsman. The Recommendations supplied to the Minister hardly
referred at all to your contribution to employment for the Pacific
community, which is basically the main ground of our request to the
Minister. Instead, they focused on the DRT decision and what that had
to say.
However, I am concerned that your arrangement to pay $400 per week
toward our fees stopped with a last payment on 30 July. There is
still $2500 owing. We now require this to be paid in full before I
will prepare a submission to the Ombudsman.
