We treated superloo as part of our fixed cost. This is the only necessity the society is financially contributed to. The rest all met by me, including the registered office rent, power, water supply, phone, storage to name a few. For your info, superloo is hired on fixed term contract, therefore should be treated as part of this society fixed cost (mean we account for this for at least 12 months period, regardless how we used it).

It is part of my responsibilities to select and develop programs that would help us achieving our strategic intents, therefore my decision in this regard is not a matter to be determined by group discussion or collective decision, rather, it is a pretty straight forward instruction to follow.
