HiI have a free dropbox account and have used it for years to store a few basic excel spreadsheets that I use daily. I have a paid Microsoft 365 account that I use on my android phone and lenovo laptop. For some reason the last few days, I am unable to open my dropbox excel spreadsheets on my phone. When I try to open the spreadsheet I get a log in page saying "Log in or sign up to Dropbox to link with Microsoft Office Integration". I log in using my dropbox user and pw and it just sends me to my onedrive. I have tried deleting the dropbox and 365 apps on my phone and re installing and logging in. I have tried to open the dropbox files by going into excel first and then trying to open the dropbox spreadsheet. Just always sends me to the log in page.

It all works fine on my laptop, and after saving, my dropbox android app shows the newly updated spreadsheet. Dont know what has happened. Please help.

Samen problem here, when working on an Android device and willing to open a Excel file from Dropbox its stuck in a login-loop.

When we open Excel first and browse in Dropbox, the problem does not occur.

1. Students will need to login to My Missouri State, use the Discover tool from the main menu and search "Biling", select Billing - University Accounts, then select Statement and Payment Portal.

7. Parents will receive an e-mail with instructions and login information. They must login and change the temporary password to one of their choosing within 24 hours of receiving the email. Failure to do this will result in the student having to reset the password.

If a authorized payer/parent made payments on student's account, student can not remove such payer due to the existing payments/transactions. However, students can uncheck the boexes to NOT allow access.

When you attempt to use a Microsoft application that requires you to sign in, it will typically ask for an email.

Enter your MSU-UPN instead of your email.

Here are some examples of Microsoft sign in windows

UPN is short forUser Principal Name

Technically speaking, a UPN is an attribute that is an Internet-style login name for a user based on the Internet standard.

A UPN consists of a UPN prefix (the user account name, or NetID) and a UPN suffix (a DNS domain name). The prefix is joined with the suffix using the "@" symbol.

example: [email protected]

I have been trying to figure out how to deploy Office 2016 for Mac to the students and faculty of my school. I have gotten it now to the point that when I image a machine it will install the Office suite and also be activated and not require it. However when logging into the computer for the first time with a network account and launching Word or Excel you get the below screenshot asking you to sign in or skip. Now if you skip its fine and the program works, but knowing the students and faculty they will not read any communications sent to them that they can skip and will create unnecessary steps for them and our tech team.

In your download you should have to pkg files. One is the the standard suite which is your Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and One note

The second one is if you have a volume license is used to activate office for non office 365 subscriptions.

If you are planning on including the volume license version in an imaging config, the licensing package can't be run in a netboot, so you'll need to enable the "install on boot drive after imaging" option.

I did not receive an email from University of Rochester (Workday) to activate my account

This error typically occurs because your student did not successfully complete the setup required to grant you access to the system on their behalf. A Quick Reference Card (QRC) is available for your student here. An overview of the information on the card is described below.

After setting you up as a Third Party, your student must grant you authorization to access their account by processing the FERPA authorization waiver. They should access the Manage Permissions for My Third Party task shown below, and complete all of the steps that follow to grant you permission. They must select Make a Payment, View Account Activity and View Student Statement to give you full access. They can also grant you access to see the courses they are enrolled in.

Check the Spam folder or the Junk Mail folder in your email inbox to be sure that the emails were not routed there. You might want to authorize the @myworkday.com domain within your email setup so that you will receive all future messages.

Be sure you are using the username assigned to you to log into UR Student. This will likely be your first initial and last name (e.g., jrochester) and NOT your NETID (e.g., JROCHES2). If you log in using your NETID and password, you will be logged into the UR Financials system. You cannot get to UR Student using that login information. You would need to log out and log back in using the UR Student username & password.

For a project, I used to login in Teams using company "A" account. Then my company, company "B" started using Windows/Office 365. So I logged out from company "A" account, Windows is linked to company "B" Azure AD. I'm using Outlook Mail for company "B" . Everything is working normal mostly. But when I open and Office application, Outlook, Excel, Word etc. a login form is shown with company "A" logo and company "B" account. When I click account to log in, an error is shown that account doesnt' exist tenant "A" etc. When I close the login form 2-3 times then I use the application without any problem.

How I can remove company "A" from my system. I can not find anything about it in registry , I can not find anything to deal with this situation online either. All information I find is about IT settings in the cloud. Where are the settings for client applications?

Thank you very much for your reply. It looks very comprehensive. and I don't want to break things, I will examine before applying. Office applications were installed before joining Azure domain, so I don't know removing licenses is necessary and safe.
