What does the SHIN-BET-AYIN (שבע) element mean in personal names in Tanach? Is it just related to the number 7 or does have any more meaning?

שבע has several meanings: "seven", "swear", "fullness, satiety, abundance". The name also appears in artifacts from the First Temple period.
