Is there any evidence of a deity in the Ancient Near East named Regem (רגם) or something similar? I saw in the following source by A.S. Herschberg that the name Regem-Melech (in Zech. 7:2) contains a theophoric reference to that appareny "air" deity [and possibly also the name Regem in I Chron. 2:47)], but I have not found any references to this deity outside of that source, and it is not even mentioned in DDD.
