I don't have the requested list, but a google search turns up the following link which might be of interest: 

The Journal of Religious Psychology (vol. 5, #1, Jan. 1912). Page 129 says:  

‘In the Archiv f. Religionswissenschaft (vol. 14, 1911, p. 1-53, 327-392)  

I. Scheftelowitz has a monograph on “Das Fisch-Symbol in Judentum und Christentum,” 

in which are discussed all aspects of the fish as a Jewish and a Christian symbol. …”

I just heard about this fascinating custom amongst Jews from the community of Djerba that they would give names to Kohanim that were specifically "fish"-related as a way of deterring an evil eye. Do you know how I can access a list of such names and what those names mean (i.e. which particular type of fish each name refers to)?
