Competence from God

Hey guys,
I hope you're fine.I'd like to share with you something that God has
been teaching me:
I will save them-not by bow,sword or battle,or by horses and
horsemen,but by the Lord their God.(Hosea 1:7)
Not by might,not by power but by the spirit of God.(Zech 4:6)
God clearly points out that it's not by our own strength that we
succeed,not by our own power do we overcome struggles,not by our might
do we do the things we do,but it's by the spirit of God.Therefore we
should always fix our eyes on Him,because we don't make ourselves
competent,but He does(2 Cor 3:5) and this is the competence that
supercedes earthly wisdom.It goes beyond degrees and academic
qualifications.It's one that comes from knowing God,from letting Him
mould you in the way that He wants and letting Him be the drive of our
life.
Therefore whatever it's that you do,be it a job,studies,family...let
your confidence be in God.Let not your
talent,brightness,qualifications... be your competence.Trust in God
and you will never be disappointed.
"Let Him who boasts boast about this:that He understands and knows
me"Jer 9:24
" For it's not the one who commends himself that's approved,but the
one whom the Lord commends."
