Description:
A Japanese company specializing in cutting tools is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Inside Sales & Inventory Support Representative for their Plain, City, OH location.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, who is highly organized, is detail oriented, and wants to grow alongside our company.

Offices are located in Plain City, OH, but your inventory responsibilities will require you to go to a customer site who can be up to around an hour away as well.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this opportunity would be between the 46k-50k mark with amazing benefits.

Your essential duties would include the following:
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and monitor logistics activities related to customer orders and equipment delivery.
- Conduct on-site inventory checks at customer locations to ensure accurate stock levels and operational readiness.
- Manage ordering, processing, and delivery of required equipment and materials.
- Handle and transport equipment weighing up to 15 lbs as needed.
- Analyze inventory trends and data to support inventory planning and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order and inventory status.

- Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple moving responsibilities
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Order Processing and/or Inventory Management experience

Physical requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 3 hours round trip from our office at Plain City.
- Ability to lift 15+ pounds
