The Director of Finance and Administration will play a critical role in partnering with the Chief Operating Officer in financial decision making and administrative support. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and administrative director to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization. The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for managing the nonprofit organization’s financial operations, overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, and supporting the COO in ensuring operational efficiency. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, effective financial reporting, and sound budgeting practices while optimizing administrative functions.
