Job Position: Japanese English Bilingual Sales Assistant
Organization: interesse international inc.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $44,000-$46,000
Where: East Brunswick, NJ

Description:
- Manage daily cash flow and coordinate payments to suppliers and vendors
- Prepare preliminary and final procurement cost calculations
Update and maintain pricing records, payment schedules, and related reports
- Maintain purchasing, accounting, and financial records in both physical and electronic filing systems
- Communicate regularly with vendors via email and phone regarding payments and expenses
- Verify and prepare documentation required for domestic and international shipments, including customs-related paperwork
- Assist with other administrative, accounting, and operational tasks as assigned

<Qualifications>
Entry-level candidates are welcome
Experience in import/export operations is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and business partners

<Work Schedule>
Flexible working hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Core hours: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
30-minute lunch break

<Work Arrangement>
First 3 months: On-site training and onboarding
After successful completion of the initial training period: Hybrid schedule available (2 days on-site / 3 days remote)
